Light After Time™ is an American brand, based in the United States. It is a trademark pending house. The work, the words, the imagery, and the architecture of this house are protected by intellectual property law. Light After Time™ is a common law trademark of the Eirloum house. A federal trademark application has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register under Section 1(b), Intent to Use, covering International Class 025 (apparel goods): tops as clothing, bottoms as clothing, headwear, footwear, hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, dresses, and gloves as clothing.
Other goods sold under the Light After Time™ name, including candles and printed matter, are offered under the same brand identity but are not covered by the pending federal registration. The Light After Time™ name itself remains protected by common law trademark in connection with such goods.
All names, branding, logos, designs, original content, and creative elements associated with Light After Time™ are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the mark is prohibited.
